Building positive, engaged relationships with parents is so important. They play such a pivotal role in allowing the young people to participate; travel to/from training & sessions, heads & regattas, membership fees, kit purchases, and so much more ... inc the BRX breakfast rota
How would you describe your relationship with the parents of the children you coach?
Gordon MacLelland @_WWPIS has a positive view:
“…they can actually be our biggest allies, but we have to find a way of channelling their passion.”

Sad times across the country at more than one club, and likely more to come for those who haven't yet accessed thier club/boathouse 😟

Got a touch muddy crawling under the barrier to access the club house! 4
Junior Rowing Camps; four mornings during Easter half term. Opportunity to get out, get busy and make the most of the time out of school, whilst still leaving time to revise 👍2
Roll up, roll up. Entries for the Bedford Spring Fours and Small Boats Head open on Monday 17th February. https://t.co/TtG9Qzg93S #rowing #Bedford
