(a) complete the membership form; and
(b) pay your membership fee.

A requirement of your membership is to abide by the Club Rules and By-Laws for Rowing (and Safety Plan) and of the rules of the sport of rowing at all times, including the British Rowing Code of Conduct and Rowsafe guidelines which can be accessed here.
We will communicate with you usually by email/newsletter. As a new or renewing member we would like to keep you informed about our latest activities and other matters related to rowing that we think you might be interested in. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email secretary@broxbournerowingclub.org and put “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Please note that unsubscribing may mean that we are unable to administer your membership or provide the services that you have registered for.
If you want to attend one of our learn to row courses please fill in the expression of interest form . We will get in touch with you shortly before we run the next learn to row course and you will then have an opportunity to sign up for the course and pay the course fee. We usually run a learn to row course each Spring and Autumn .

Please pay your membership fees first and then complete the form in full, all fields are required unless indicated. For Junior member’s (under 18) contact details should be those of the parent or guardian.

Please make your payment to Broxbourne Rowing Club (sort code 60-11-11 account no. 23701137) by either :
– a single payment of the relevant annual fee by bank transfer or cheque. (If you are joining part way through the year and want to pay by single payment, please pay a pro rated amount to cover the remainder of the calendar year): or
– standing order with 12 monthly payments due on the 1st of each month

* Sculling membership includes a discount that is available for members that only use their own boat, i.e. they do not use club boats, they do also need to pay their racking fee in addition
** An Off-Peak Member shall pay a reduced rate, but is restricted to rowing on weekdays before 6 pm and at weekends after 12 noon. Off-Peak members may cox or coach at any time
*** Boat racking is only available to Full Rowing, Sculling and Off peak members, permission and availability must be agreed with the Captain in advance and Includes 1 set of oars.
**** Provided at least one parent is a Full Rowing Member a second Junior Sibling can pay the reduced fee.
Membership fees are per annum from January to December. Please note membership is annual therefore refunds are not available / all 12 monthly payments are still expected if leaving before the end of the year.
